I’ll thoroughly review the contract with you, explaining all terms and conditions in clear, understandable language, and offering insightful advice to help you make informed decisions. I am a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) so whether it involves counteroffers, contingencies, or strategic negotiations, I’ll work tirelessly to ensure you achieve the most favorable outcome possible. We are almost at the finish line! First up is your home inspection. I have a team of talented home inspectors ready to ensure that the home you are purchasing is safe and ready for you to buy! I will be by your side during the inspection and help guide you alongside your real estate attorney to ensure that any potential issues are addressed with the sellers promptly and efficiently.

Your lender will arrange for a third-party appraiser to provide an independent estimate of the value of the house you are buying. The appraisal lets all parties involved know that the price is fair. The loan file then moves on to the mortgage underwriter for closing.

Before we make it to the closing table, we have one final step- the final walk-through. During the final walk-through, we will go into the home one last time to ensure that all sellers personal items have been removed from the house and it is in the same condition you last saw it.
